But did you know that there are some unique little known tips and tricks which you can turn into habits, to give your skin that gorgeous glow? Here a some of them :

  • Bend Over. Hang your head upside down for 3 minutes a day to increase blood circulation in the face. This will deliver all the oxygen and nutrients to your skin, which leads to an inner glow.

  • Gently massage a facial oil onto your face before applying make-up. The facial stimulation will get your blood pumping and wake up your entire complexion.

  • Run ice cubes all over your face until they melt. Your pores will wake up and be revitalized.

  • Stay hydrated. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water. It  flushes out the toxins, helps control oil production, and tightens your pores.

  • Max on the Mask. You know those sheets masks that are loaded with skin care nutrients? Wear one everyday for seven days straight. They’re hydrating and smoothing.

One more thing you must do to achieve glowing skin is to pile on the Vitamin C. It’s the gold standard for brightening up those dark spots and getting rid of pigmentation problems. What is does is it inhibits the production of melanin. And the fewer melanin you produce, the lighter and brighter your skin.
