All returns must be processed within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns and processing vary depending on the shipping location. Please see below for more details.

U.S. Customers: Hassle-free, no cost returns!
For U.S. based customers, we’ve partnered with HappyReturns to provide a seamless returns experience at no cost to you. Simply head on over to our Returns Portal and get started. We offer drop-off services at over 5,000 locations in the U.S.

U.K. Customers:

Please send an email to support@gleamin.com with your full order number to place a return. You will then be asked to send the package back to our U.K. warehouse. Please be sure to include the reference number on the package:

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Refunds can take between  5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are only allowed back onto the original form of payment.
