- Shelf Life (if no EXP date): For products without a printed expiration (such as our Serum), the shelf life is about 12–18 months from the manufacture date.
- After Opening: Look for the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol — shown as an open jar with a number (e.g., 12M) — this will tells you how many months the product is best used within after opening.
- Bar Soap: Our Body Bar does not carry an expiration date, as solid soap remains stable and effective long term when stored properly.

Most U.S. orders ship within 5–7 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take a few extra days.
International orders take 2–3 business days for processing and typically 5–7 business days in transit, depending on customs clearance and local couriers. You’ll receive a delivery estimate at checkout and a tracking link once your package ships.

Product & formulation philosophy
Our products are proudly made in both the USA and Canada, using globally sourced components and ingredients.
Each batch has its own unique date coding, printed on the bottom of the bottle or outer box:
- Manufacture Date: Shown as a lot code in the format [Letter + MMDDYY]. Example: B061225 = June 12, 2025.
- Expiration Date (if printed): Shown as EXP MMYY. Example: EXP 06/28 = Expires June 2028.
For products without an expiration date (such as our Serum), the shelf life is about 12–18 months from the manufacture date once opened.

We ensure stability in our Vitamin C products by formulating with stable Vitamin C derivatives, utilizing a blend of different forms of Vitamin C, and incorporating botanical-based sources rich in Vitamin C. Additionally, we carefully balance our formulations to maintain efficacy and stability, ensuring that our high concentrations of Vitamin C deliver potent benefits without degrading over time.

Yes, our products are gluten-free.
Yes — our Mask, Serum, Cleanser, Moisturizer, Oil, and Intimate Serum are all free from added or artificial fragrance. Any scent you may notice comes only from the natural ingredients.
We do plan to launch a fragranced body collection in the future, and those products will be clearly labeled to avoid any confusion.
Yes — our products are formulated without sulfates, phthalates, parabens, PEGs, ethanolamines, or drying alcohols.
Most of our products are silicone-free. The only exceptions are our Advanced Brightening Moisturizer and Intimate Serum, which currently contain silicones. Silicones are safe and widely used in skincare to create a smooth texture and lock in hydration, but we understand some customers prefer to avoid them. For that reason, we are actively working on reformulating our Moisturizer to be silicone-free.
Many of our products are fragrance-free and dermatologist-tested for sensitive skin, while others are awaiting testing but have been formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. Here’s a breakdown:
- Fragrance-Free & Dermatologist-Tested (HRIPT sensitive skin safety test completed and proven safe for sensitive skin)

This product is formulated for daily use, but since it contains fragrance, we recommend patch testing first if you have very sensitive skin.
Because every pregnancy is unique, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before introducing any new skincare. Some of our products contain ingredients — such as salicylic acid (in our Clarifying Brightening Cleanser) and retinoids (in our upcoming body cream) — that are generally not recommended during pregnancy or nursing.
You can find the full ingredient list on each product page, which you can share with your doctor to determine what’s best for you.
Think of it as your glow-getting routine:
Cleanser → Mask (2–3x/week) → Serum → Moisturizer → Oil ✨
For best results:
- Cleanser – your daily reset, morning & night.
- Mask – your 10-minute glow boost, 2–3 times per week after cleansing.
- Serum – your daily treatment step (right after cleansing or masking).
- Moisturizer – your everyday hydration hug, layered after serum.
- Oil – your final glow-locking seal.
P.S. Our Intimate Serum can be used daily on intimate areas and underarms.
You received the right product! We recently updated some of our product names to better reflect what they do, but the formulas are exactly the same. While we finish updating our packaging and website, you may see both names in circulation. Here’s a quick guide:

We promise that every jar is filled to the exact weight listed on the label. Because our formulas are whipped and creamy, they may shift or settle during shipping, creating the appearance of extra space. Rest assured — you’re receiving the full product amount.

Placing an order with us is easy! Here's how:

Our warehouse begins processing orders quickly, so we’re generally only able to make changes (such as address updates or quantity adjustments) within 1 hour of checkout. After that, we’re unable to cancel or edit the order.

We may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect products and we will either send you a replacement or process a refund for you. Our priority is to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to address any issues with your order.

Realizing this trend, combined with my passion for business and a deep commitment to being accountable for my own success or failure, inspired me to create our Vitamin C Clay Mask. This was our first step in offering a safe, effective product without the risks of homemade mixes, that addresses the needs for brighter, more even skin.
