Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers

Domestic Orders

All orders are shipped on the same or next day with an average delivery time of 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) and 8 to 15 days for international orders.

International Orders 

All international orders are shipped via Passport Priority Duties and Taxes Paid in partnership with local carriers for delivery. We provide a personalized delivery estimate at checkout based on the current customs clearance and transit times for your location. You will be provided a tracking number with full visibility of the packages’ travel history from our warehouse in the U.S. to its final destination. 

What to Expect After You Order

We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.

Need to Make Changes?

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just contact our Customer Success team here, we will be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of you completing the checkout of your order.
