If you’re not happy with Gleamin, we gladly offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee! All returns must be processed within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns and processing vary depending on the shipping location. Please see below for more details.

Please send an email to support@gleamin.com with your full order number to place a return. You will then be asked to send the package back to our U.S. warehouse. Please be sure to include the order number on the package:

Please note, that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Refunds can take between 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are only allowed back onto the original form of payment.
