Where is Gleamin made?

We manufacture in United States, and Australia. After production, our shipping is handled directly from our warehouse in Ohio.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to be delivered as follows, based on your location: U.S Domestic: 2-5 days, delivered using UPS or DHL. All international: 7-15 days delivered.

The product in my jar looks used?

While in transit the product may shift inside the jar, creating the appearance that it has been "used". Rest assured that this is due only to the movement of the package during shipment. All masks are shipped brand new protected by a security seal.

How long does it take to use the Clay Mask?

Our simple 3-step process makes using the mask quick and easy, and you'll be done in 10 minutes.

1. After cleansing, apply the mask evenly to your face using the brush provided.

2. Wait 10 minutes for the mask to dry completely.

3. Rinse gently with warm water and pat dry with a soft, clean towel. Once done, proceed with your normal skincare routine.

* Use 2-3 times per week for best results. Choose between a full face application, t-zone or spot treatment.

How often should I use the Clay Mask?

This depends on your goals. If your concern is dark spots, hyperpigmentation, or blemishes, we recommend using the mask 3 times a week. You can safely use it every day if you feel the need. To maintain a healthy glow, we suggest using it 1-2 times a week ongoing.

Can I use the Clay Mask if my skin is easily irritated?

The Vitamin C Clay Mask is formulated to be suitable for sensitive skin. If you're worried or have specific skin concerns, we recommend consulting with your doctor or testing the mask on a small patch to see how your skin reacts.

Are essential oils used in the Clay Mask?

The Vitamin C Clay Mask used to include essential oils. Since mid-2022 we have only been shipping the most recent formulation that does not include any essential oils. You can check for 'Essential Oil' in the ingredient list on the back of your box to see if your Clay Mask is with or without them. Alternatively, reach out to our support team here and provide the batch code on the bottom of your jar - we can tell you if it does or does not.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately through our website's contact us form or by sending an email to support@gleamin.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect products and we will either send you a replacement or process a refund for you. Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

You can expect your order to be delivered as follows, based on your location: U.S Domestic: 2-5 days, delivered using UPS or DHL. All international: 7-15 days delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We are based in the USA and currently, we do ship to most international countries. However, please note that shipping availability and options may vary depending on your location, and we recommend checking at the time of checkout by selecting your country as the shipping location to see if we have an available shipping option there.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or fees?

If you are located in the EU, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. Gleamin has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government/border security, and customs office. If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, we can refund your purchase cost (minus shipping cost to and from your country).

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

How long have you been in business?

Why was Gleamin started?

"Skincare is a personal mission for me, as I've battled rosacea since childhood. It was horrible! I developed broken blood vessels across my nose and cheeks, and this eventually led to a continuous red flush across my face. It wasn't really a problem for me, until I reached high school, which is when I started facing continuous comments about it from other students. After 3 or so years, I had had enough, so I set out to discover a solution. I ended up finding a short-term fix - Aloe Vera, and a mid-long-term fix - Vascular Laser Treatment. What I also found was my passion for helping others with their skin concerns too.
