Do your products contain any animal products or by-products?

Gleamin™ products are 100% organic, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free. We do NOT use any animal components and/or by-products.

Where is Gleamin manufactured?

All of our products are made and manufactured in Australia. Our mission is to source the highest-quality natural ingredients and potent extracts, Australia does a grade job with producing those. After production, our shipping is handled directly from our warehouse in Idaho, United States.

How long does shipping take?

How long does it take to apply and remove the Clay mask?

Our 4-step process makes skincare quick and easy - you’ll be done in 10 minutes.

1. We suggest applying evenly to a freshly cleansed face using the brightening brush provided in the box.
2. Allow 10 minutes for the mask to fully dry.
3. Gently remove your mask with warm water and pat dry using a soft, clean towel.
4. It's Glow Time!

Is it suitable for all skin types?

Yes! Our Turmeric + Aloe Vera Clay Mask is suitable for all skin types. For those prone to oily skin, we recommend using the mask 1-2 times a week; and those with dry or sensitive skin to use 2-3 times a week.

Do your products contain any animal products or by-products?

All Gleamin™ products are proudly 100% vegan and cruelty-free - we love animals!

How often should I use the Clay Mask?

This depends on what you are trying to achieve! If battling dark spots/hyperpigmentation or acne, we recommend starting with 3 times per week. You are safe to use it every day if you feel the need. To maintain a healthy glow, we suggest once or twice a week ongoing.

Am I still able to use this product as my skin gets irritated easily?

Yes! The Turmeric + Aloe Vera Clay mask is made from the highest quality, natural ingredients, designed to suit even the most sensitive skin. If you’re worried or have specific skin concerns, we recommend consulting with your doctor or testing the mask on a small patch of your skin to see how it reacts.

Are the essential oils used inside the mask safe during pregnancy?

Within our mask, the three essential oils are at a combined concentration of less than 0.5% (i.e. considered very dilute & safe). We always recommend that during pregnancy that the mask (and any other product, Gleamin or not) is patch / spot tested before use. As well as this, please consult with your local GP or Doctor prior to applying.

How do I receive a refund?

We are sorry to hear that you need a refund! Click here to learn about Refund Policy and how to submit a request.

Shipping & Delivery

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If your parcel is not collected at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us. If you would then like a refund, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the cost incurred getting it back to us.

Will I have to pay duties and VAT charges?

If you are located in EU, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. Gleamin™ has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government/border security and customs office. If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, Gleamin™ agrees to refund your purchase cost (minus shipping cost to and from your country).

Subscribe & Save

What is your Subscribe & Save service?

Our Subscribe & Save program allows you to maintain that glow with automatic deliveries. You can schedule your desired frequency and cancel it at any time. By automating your payments, you can take the hassle out of making orders and know that your product will automatically arrive just when you need it. Please note: AfterPay is not available on subscription orders.

Do I need an account?

An account is not needed to subscribe to any one of our products. However, we do recommend you create one. This will make it easy to manage your subscription.

Can I choose my subscription shipment frequency?

Yes! You can most definitely change your subscription frequency to whatever works best for you! Whether it's once a month or every other week, Gleamin' is here when you need us!

I don't want to cancel, but I'll be away, can I skip a month or two?

Yes! You can skip deliveries! Just let us know when you need to skip and we'll handle the rest!

Will I get a new brush with every auto-renewed order?

Yes, you will receive a brush with each order!

Can I apply a promo code to my subscription order?

Discount codes cannot be added to subscription orders. There is a 15% discount already applied to each recurring order within your subscription.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, please log in to your account and go to the profile tab on the website and click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS" below Account Details on the right side of the page. Or you can contact our Customer Service Team and they will gladly assist you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your account, please log in to your account and go to the profile tab on the website and click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS" where you will see a button that says "Cancel". Or you can contact our friendly Customer Service Team and ask them to do this for you.

Do you remove my details once I unsubscribe?

Once your request for cancelation is confirmed, we immediately deactivate your account.

Why can I no longer see Gleamin Rewards or use my points?

On June 24, 2021, we will permanently shut down Gleamin Rewards to focus on delivering better value to our customers via our Save & Subscribe program. The last day to redeem Gleamin rewards points is June 23rd, 11:59 pm PST. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our Customer Success team at support@gleamin.com. Does Gleamin have any retail stores?

Gleamin does not have any retail stores or pop-up locations at this point in time. Subscribe to our mailing list to be notified if this changes.

Where can I buy Gleamin in-store?

Gleamin is sold exclusively on our website at this point in time so cannot be purchased in-store. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list if we expand our retail outlets.

Who founded Gleamin?

Gleamin was founded in 2019 by Kiwi-entrepreneur Jordan Smyth.

Why was Gleamin created?

"Skincare is a personal mission for me, as I’ve battled rosacea since childhood. It was horrible! I developed broken blood vessels across my nose & cheeks, and this eventually led a continuous red flush across my face. It wasn’t really a problem for me, until I reached high-school which is when I started faced continuous comments about it from other students.

After 3 or so years, I had had enough, so I set out to discover a solution. I ended up finding a short term fix - Aloe Vera, and mid-long term fix - Vascular Laser Treatment.

What I also found, was my passion for helping others with their skin concerns too. Combining this with my pursuit for total independence, I decided to start my own skincare brand. Fast forward to today, we’ve been able to help hundreds of thousands of people gain confidence in their own skin, naturally."

What does Gleamin mean?

Gleamin means being the best you can be. Literally. That's what we want to help people do. With Gleamin, we're enhancing freedom through superfood beauty, allowing people to un-mask themselves… see what we did there. ;)

What is the vision for Gleamin?

We want Gleamin to be a global, trusted company where our customers and community can come to find natural, sustainable, honest formulas that are effective in the battle against whatever skin concern they might be dealing with.

How is Gleamin different from other beauty brands?

"If you’ve ever been to the Australian Outback, you’ll notice a few things about the environment. There are cycles of droughts & floods, wind & rain storms, extremely hot days, freezing cold nights and then a variety of native Australian plants.

These plants have endured harsh climates for thousands of years, and in doing so, they have developed very strong, potent, anti-oxidant profiles.

Kakadu Plum, a key ingredient in our Vitamin C Clay Mask has been used by indigenous people to treat skin conditions, colds & flu.

When conceptualizing the Vitamin C Clay Mask, I was introduced to these ingredients and proceeded to further research the benefits. I liked what I found, so we tried and tested what we call our vitamin C trio (Kakadu Plum, Finger Lime Caviar and Desert Lime) in round 1 of the mask’s formula. The results were incredible, we noticed an immediate decrease in inflammation, improved skin texture and brightness.

Essentially, we’re able to capitalize on the power of these plants, and our customers are achieving consistent results of beautiful skin from these natural solutions. Looking into the future, we currently have 50+ species we are actively researching for upcoming formulas."
