Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers (U.S. & U.K. bound orders)

For orders shipping within the U.S., we ship using UPS or DHL. Please expect delivery between 3-5 business days (M-F).

Orders shipping to the U.K are delivered using Royal Mail or Hermes and typically deliver within 3-5 business days (M-F).

All shipping destinations will receive tracking numbers in the order confirmation email. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of our Customer Success team at support@gleamin.com

International Orders (Non U.S. or U.K.)

All other international orders are shipped with full tracking via Passport. You will receive one tracking number with full visibility (via our international tracking portal) of the packages' travel history from our warehouse in the U.S. to its final destination.

Please allow between 8 - 15 business days for delivery.

Gleamin aims to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.

Need to Make Changes?

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just shoot us an email and a member of our Customer Success team would be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of checkout.

2-Day Shipping for Multi-Unit Orders

On orders of 2 units or more, we provide FedEx 2-Day Delivery. For 2+ unit orders shipped to P.O. boxes or U.S. territories, we deliver using USPS Priority Service, which may sometimes take up to 3 days.

Claims for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

On packages shipped using FedEx Express (2+ unit orders), we provide an option to file a claim for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Simply reach out to a member of our Customer Success team at support@gleamin.com with your order number if interested!

We are, however, unable to offer this service for packages shipped using other carrier services. Please work directly with our Customer Success team if you have any questions.

Need to Make Changes?

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just shoot us an email and a member of our Customer Success team would be happy to help. In most cases, the order can be amended if it hasn’t already been dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may still be able to make changes, but please expect additional delays as the items have already left our warehouse.
