Shipping and Delivery
Estimated Delivery Times
For orders shipping within the U.S. , please expect delivery between 2-7 business days (M-F).
For international orders, we use UPS Mail Innovations. Delivery can be expected between 7-14 business days.
Additionally, please expect to receive 2 tracking numbers for all international orders. If you have trouble locating the secondary tracking (last leg of shipment), please contact us and we would be happy to provide it for you!
2-Day Shipping for Multi-Unit Orders
On orders of 2 units or more, we provide FedEx 2-Day Delivery. For 2+ unit orders shipped to P.O. boxes or U.S. territories, we deliver using USPS Priority Service, which may sometimes take up to 3 days.
Claims for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
On packages shipped using FedEx Express (2+ unit orders), we provide an option to file a claim for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Simply reach out to a member of our Customer Success team at email@example.com with your order number if interested!
We are, however, unable to offer this service for packages shipped using other carrier services. Please work directly with our Customer Success team if you have any questions.
What to Expect After You Order
Gleamin aims to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.
Need to Make Changes?
If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just shoot us an email and a member of our Customer Success team would be happy to help. In most cases, the order can be amended if it hasn’t already been dispatched from our warehouse.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may still be able to make changes, but please expect additional delays as the items have already left our warehouse.
